TLC Lotteries Limited ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Details of transactions you carry out with us, whether via our website, by telephone, post or any other means.
• Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site http://www.tlclottery.co.uk (
• If you contact us, be it by email, in writing or by telephone, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
• We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
• Details of your visits to our website including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and information about your login details or pages you visit and other communication data.
• If you subscribe to our lotteries or competitions were will retain your payment card or account details.  Otherwise, we do not retain such details.
• Any information gathered by our Home Collectors who visit your home for collection purposes and collectors based at various retail locations.
• Names, addresses, dates of birth and contact numbers will all be collected for the purposes of identifying you, informing you of any promotions or if you have won a lottery or competition operated by TLC Lotteries Limited.
• New players of our lotteries or competitions, may  receive a pack which invites them to recommend friends.  We will receive your name, address and contact number if one of your friends recommends you.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will be responsible for storing your data.  Our computer systems and some of our other systems, such as mailing services, are supplied by third parties who may need to use your details to enable them to provide their services to us. We store one copy of all paper records and control our electronic records.  One copy of transaction receipts will be sent to a separate Computer Bureau who will input data onto our computer system for the purposes of processing this data and producing correspondence to you.

The data that we collect from you will be stored in the United Kingdom. However, there is a possibility that in the future it may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). This will be if any of our suppliers have any of their staff or systems outside the EEA. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet or telephone is not completely secure. Although we will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website or via email; any transmission is at your own risk.

Once we have received your information TLC Lottery will take reasonable steps to ensure that your data is secure and used in accordance with this policy by all of our service providers.
