• New players will be sent a welcome letter advising of their unique game number that has been randomly selected by secure computer software.

• All subscriptions (that have to be paid in advance) are applied at a rate of £1 per entry per draw, which normally takes place every Friday.

• Each of the 164 weekly prizes are selected randomly by our secure computer software and winning number holders are notified in writing within seven working days.Winning numbers are printed in the local press and published on our website www.tlclottery.co.uk.

• Regular payments can be made by Direct Debit, Standing Order, Cheque or credit/debit card.

• We promise to protect your personal data and to comply with all requirements of the Data Protection Act.

• You can cancel your membership at any time. We will refund to you the amount you are in credit at the time of cancellation.

The Gambling Act 2005
• As it is an offence for anyone under the age of 16 to participate in a lottery we have a statutory duty to verify that you are over the age of 16 and reside in the UK. By applying to become a player you agree to us carrying out any checks that are deemed appropriate which may include a reference to credit and government agencies. Should a prize winner be found to be under the age of 16 we will refund their money and withhold the prize.

• Members wishing to self-exclude will not be able to rejoin the lottery for a period of six months from the date of self-exclusion.

• Any complaints will be dealt with in accordance with our policy, a copy of which is available from our office. In the event that it cannot be resolved, the dispute will be referred to an arbitration body which will be The Independent Arbitration Service Ltd (IBAS) www.ibas-uk.com.
